I’ve worked/played under a lot of different coaches and have picked up a lot of experience from these coaches, each with unique style of coaching. I have a very good understanding of rugby principals and skills and the professional structures of a provincial team. I also believe in keeping it basic - so that everyone can understand it. My energy and love for working with people makes me an ideal candidate for any coaching job.
